RAVAT & RAY DENTAL CARE (BURNLEY) LTD

Ravat & Ray Dental Care was formed in June 2007 by Irfan Ravat and Mark Ray. While working together for 3 years previously at Highfield Dental Practice, they had often discussed their shared vision for the future of dentistry in their home town, Bolton, and so took the opportunity to tender for a new practice which the NHS wanted to open locally. Their shared vision of high quality dental care for all patients won them the tender, and they opened their first dental practice together in January 2008 in Deane, Bolton.

On graduating both Mark and Irfan declined offers to practice in other parts of the country deciding instead to return to their home town of Bolton. They established their business and by doing so set about giving back to the local community that they were from. The recipe of dedication to the highest standards of dental care provision meant that in just 8 short years the company has grown to several practices covering Lancashire, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, and the Isle of Man, which employs over 100 people. Most practices have been the result of successful tendering for new NHS practices, as the Ravat & Ray brand became synonymous with high quality dental care provision, with the NHS commissioners.
